At our clinic, we conduct personal training and massage sessions in the following manner.
Physical Assessment & Customized Planning
First, we discuss your lifestyle habits and movement patterns, followed by an evaluation of your joint mobility and muscle condition.
We then proceed based on the personalized treatment plan created by our physician.
Treatment & Training Session
The session is conducted under the medical direction of Dr. Nagumo. If any new underlying issues are identified during the session, we will adjust and optimize the plan for your next visit.
Home Care Guidance & Regular Progress Checks
Following your session, we will teach you simple stretches and exercises you can easily practice at home.
Furthermore, we will regularly check your physical condition and adjust the treatment frequency and content as needed.
Important Information regarding Self-Pay Treatment (Personal Training & Massage)
- Fees (Tax Included):Per Session (30 mins): ¥5,500
- Initial Consultation Fee (Self-Pay): ¥6,600
- Frequency & Duration: We recommend starting with a goal of one session per week for the first two months. Once you become accustomed to the routine, you can also perform the training on your own, and we will adjust the frequency based on your body's condition.
- Risks & Side Effects: You may experience temporary sluggishness or mild muscle soreness (similar to post-workout soreness) after the treatment.
